Replace plastic hinged vented clamshell packaging with this sustainable, recyclable 1.5 “Tall” Quart vented cardboard produce box made from natural Kraft paperboard on one side and a clay-coated white side for high wet strength! It’s vented to allow air in and around the produce, keeping condensation at bay and preserving the freshness of your product. These vents also allow easy transitions to different temperatures. A strong anchor lock closure ensures a secure seal or tuck the lid into the box itself for fast packaging. Perfect for retail display and sale, as well as for transport to and from your location. Use them for your cherry tomatoes, kiwi, figs, hot peppers, mushrooms, and berries. This traditional tall quart-size holds 1.5 pounds of strawberries, average.

This “Kliklok” design can also be machine-formed at volumes comparable to the release of plastic clamshells onto an automatic fill line. The white side offers full-color printing and the natural brown a single color.

Stamping & Printing

The brown side can be stamped while the white side can be used for production 4 color graphic

printing. Contact us directly at 859-630-2694 if you have volumes of at least one pallet and are interested in full-color printing.

Other tips: Cool the stack of containers to be stamped in a cooler before stamping, hot temperatures can make the ink spread and apply the stamp standing up with even pressure.
